I started this journey as a transitioning teacher in the early pandemic days, nervous about making a big change. That leap took me into roles in finance and tech, starting as an entry-level instructional designer and growing into a PMP-certified L&D Program Manager.
Along the way, I’ve gotten to design technical training programs, launch a credentialing program, and contribute a guide for ATD. My blog is almost to 250 posts as well!
I’ve also loved sharing monthly reading recommendations. If you’re a fellow bookworm, I hope those posts have added a few good reads to your list.
