Prosci Change Practitioner Certification

Pleased to announce I obtained a new certification: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner!

Here are the three biggest takeaways I’d share from this course:

  1. Successful change depends on people, not just process.
    A strong solution only creates value when people understand it, adopt it, and use it consistently.
  2. Prosci gives us a practical framework for driving adoption.
    Tools like PCT and ADKAR help us assess readiness, spot gaps, and design targeted change activities that support both the project and the people impacted.
  3. Sustained impact requires early, intentional change management.
    Change can’t be an afterthought, it needs to be embedded from kickoff through go-live and reinforcement so the new way of working truly sticks.

In a nutshell, the best-designed initiative still needs strong change management to become a lasting success.
