Pleased to announce I obtained a new certification: Prosci Certified Change Practitioner!
Here are the three biggest takeaways I’d share from this course:
- Successful change depends on people, not just process.
A strong solution only creates value when people understand it, adopt it, and use it consistently. - Prosci gives us a practical framework for driving adoption.
Tools like PCT and ADKAR help us assess readiness, spot gaps, and design targeted change activities that support both the project and the people impacted. - Sustained impact requires early, intentional change management.
Change can’t be an afterthought, it needs to be embedded from kickoff through go-live and reinforcement so the new way of working truly sticks.
In a nutshell, the best-designed initiative still needs strong change management to become a lasting success.
