My ATD “TD at Work” Guide

Exciting news! I wrote the March issue of ATD’s TD at Work guide, and it’s now available to the public.

This is the guide I wish I had when building a credentialing program from the ground up. I didn’t want all of the lessons I learned along the way to go to waste, so I channeled them into this TD at Work guide.

Everything you need to launch digital credentials at your organization is here. Practical advice, a step-by-step project plan, and tips to cultivate business buy-in.

Big shoutouts to my credentialing team at CSG:

My former manager Amy Holmes for her guidance, Amy Murphy for laying the foundation, Cathy Dust and Natalie Ellis for sharing ideas and feedback every step of the way, Christine Lynch for helping me align with Talent Development, Gilles Bonniot for his expertise in our digital tools, and my new credentialing champions Dan Ambrose and Jane Wiliams. And my editor, Patty Gaul!

ATD members can access this 20-page PDF for FREE, or it’s available for purchase here.
