Free Teacher ➡️ ID Chats

Are you a teacher looking to transition to instructional design who wants free guidance? Or maybe you want to pick the brain of someone who already made the leap?

Starting this upcoming Monday, I will be setting aside a few time slots weekly for free 1:1 chats. You can use this time for anything you like, including:

  • Q&A

  • General advice

  • Resume feedback

  • Portfolio review

  • LinkedIn profile refinement

  • Cover letter suggestions

  • Midsommar-style communal scream

  • etc.

Who am I to provide this type of support? I was a middle and high school social studies educator for a decade who became burned out during the pandemic. I upskilled and rebranded my professional identity, and landed an instructional designer position at a financial services firm in September of 2021. A year in, I’ve recently started a new role as a senior technical instructional designer in the software industry.

So I’m here for y’all! Sign up for a free chat in this Calendly form or by clicking the image below.
