2024 Career Updates
2024 has some exciting updates coming down the pipeline for my career.
First, I wrote a TD at Work guide for ATD! My 20 page deep dive into digital credentials is called “Build a High-Value Credentialing Program” and will be available in March. It’s jam packed with practical advice for L&D teams starting their journey with digital credentials. Working with their editor, Patty Gaul, has been a rewarding experience.
Second, I launched a Gumroad shop full of career transition resources. Having served as a TPLD coach for the past two years, I’ve helped over 100 teachers transition to new careers. Now the resources I’ve developed like checklists, guides, and practice decks are more widely available in one central location.
