I developed eLearning for the Nashville Public Defenders office a few years ago that aimed to address a serious community issue. The question they wanted to pose to the public was: Do you know what to do if you get arrested?
The eLearning course I developed is a good primer for anyone in this situation.
Most people don’t know how to behave when they are arrested. Do you cooperate or not, should you volunteer personal information, and what mistakes should you avoid?
Scripting out the scenarios, their attorneys walked me through real world situations facing their clients (and they’ve seen it all). I used their branding guidelines to create the visual assets.
If you’d like to seen example of scenario-based learning, check out the course at this link. This is one of my favorite projects I have ever been a part of.
