I am delighted to share that I have been honored with the 2025 Q1 “Spotlight on Excellence” award from CSG for my work in building a comprehensive learning pathway for our Platform Engineering team. This pathway enables team members to independently troubleshoot server-side skills and includes ten real-world challenges at the end.
Rather than sitting through an extended live session and having to refer back to a recording, learners now access a pathway consisting of just-in-time resources like quick reference guides, code snippets, and demos.
I’m proud to say that to date 694 employees accessed these resources, and 234 earned the credential. We’ve seen a reduction in support tickets, freeing up valuable time for the PE team members to focus on high-priority work.
